Gleneagle
North Goes Way Green!!
The Board of Directors forged an agreement with our current trash service
contractor Bestway to offer the Way Green single
stream recycle program to our residents. Way Green recycle service is now
the only available curbside recycle service. The previous
recycling service with Bestway ended 29 Jun 2009.
Don't worry, you can still sign up for Way Green! See
your choices and program details here.

As a convenience to you, all of our governing documents can be viewed and/or
downloaded here. Also, see our assessments
page that lists and explains our annual fees. And, for current dues
status, see our statement request page.
If you are unable to find the information you are looking for, need some
clarification on something, or if you have a suggestion for an addition or
correction to the site, please contact us so we can
assist you and update the site promptly. Keep in mind that the GNHOA
Board of Directors exists to serve you and our community and we want to hear
from you.
This site contains well over 100 documents all for your information. We
have recently removed all pop-up style technology so you can open each document
directly in the main page of the website (rather than in a separate
window). You can navigate away from any document by using the site menu,
or the [Back] button on your browser. To download the document to your
own hard drive, right-click the hyperlink, and choose the "Save Target As..."
option. To keep our file sizes low, most of our documents are in Rich
Text format (*.rtf) and will open directly in Word (or your favorite word
processing program).
