- Continue Maintenance Of Common Areas (Mowing, Weed Spraying, Snow Removal, etc.)

- Continue the Implementation and Fine-Tuning of Community Improvement Master Plan
- Conduct Spring Cleanup Acitvities
- Continue "Golden Light String" And "Green Thumb" Award Programs, and the "Holiday Wagon Ride" Event
- Coordinate with El Paso County Health Department to Continue Testing, Monitoring, and Control of Mosquito Population
