Annual Objectives and Ongoing Activities
Your Board of Directors have developed annual objectives and ongoing activities to serve as guides to our annual program. 

GNHOA 2011 Fiscal Year Objectives:

  • Investigate Community Improvement projects
  • Increase Homeowner Participation in GNHOA
  • Investigate efficiencies in execution of operations to relieve burden on volunteers
  • Investigate consolidation of the covenants, and AC committees into one
  • Enhance BOD operations by refining written procedures

GNHOA Ongoing Activities:

  • Seek Grant Funds for Community Improvements
  • Continued Compliance with CO Law for HOAs
  • Graffiti clean up and develop/conduct anti graffiti program
  • Automate Financial Records
  • Publish GNHOA Newsletter Quarterly
  • Review, amend, and publish updated of by-laws as needed
  • Continue Maintenance of Common Areas (Mowing, Weed Spraying, Snow Removal, etc.)
  • Maintain GNHOA Website (www.gnhoa.com)
  • Conduct Spring Cleanup Activities
  • Continue "Golden Light String" And "Green Thumb" Award Programs, and the "Holiday Wagon Ride" Event
  • Coordinate with El Paso County Health Department to Continue Testing, Monitoring, and Control of Mosquito Population (West Nile Virus)
  • Coordinate with El Paso County on Santa Fe Trail Extension through Open Space
  • Liaison with Legal Counsel, Insurance Agent, Elementary School, El Paso County, other HOAs and NEPCO
