GNHOA 2009 Fiscal Year Objectives:

• Complete Community Improvement projects of Gleneagle and Desiree entrances
• Negotiate new trash removal contract (current expires Dec 2009)
• Increase maintenance of common areas within yearly budget
• Establish guidance to individual ACs for synthetic/artificial turf /solar panels
• Increase Homeowner Participation in GNHOA
• Develop and conduct anti graffiti program
• Investigate efficiencies in execution of operations to relieve burden on volunteers
• Investigate consolidation of the covenants, and AC committees into one

GNHOA Ongoing Activities:

• Publish GNHOA Newsletter Quarterly
• Review, amend, and publish updated of by-laws as needed
• Continue Maintenance of Common Areas (Mowing, Weed Spraying, Snow Removal, etc.)
• Maintain GNHOA Website (www.gnhoa.com)
• Conduct Spring Cleanup Activities
• Continue "Golden Light String" And "Green Thumb" Award Programs, and the "Holiday Wagon Ride" Event
• Coordinate with El Paso County Health Department to Continue Testing, Monitoring, and Control of Mosquito Population (West Nile Virus)
• Coordinate with El Paso County on Santa Fe Trail Extension through Open Space
• Coordinate GNHOA’s Compliance with Colorado Law
